As a core adviser for Biz Smart I get the chance to use my 25 years experience in senior positions

with UK limited companies, Plc’s and a USA owned manufacturing company and my work in many

international markets, to help your business grow and succeed. I have also been running both a sole

trader business (involved in exporting, export management and international trade) and a limited

company, plus been mentoring and a non executive director to several other companies since 2004,

so I understand all of the difficulties, both real and psychological that this entails. I have had the

real pleasure of working with and doing strategy sessions and business growth for more than 30

Worcestershire companies so far, covering a diverse range of products and services and even more

challenges. Those clients suggest that one of the most valuable things I provide, apart from business

expertise, is empathy, clarity for their business, new opportunities that they may not have thought
